What does "60 days free" actually mean?

For the first 60 days of your first placement, you pay nothing. We source, train, and deploy your team member at no cost. After 60 days, if you're happy, you move to our standard fixed monthly service fee (from ~$40K per year all-in). If you're not satisfied, we part ways — no invoice issued.

Am I the employer? What's my legal exposure?

No. Operon Services (or our offshore operating entity) is the legal employer. You direct the work daily, just like any team member. But payroll, compliance, and HR administration are entirely on us. This is spelled out clearly in our service agreement before you commit to anything.

Why does it only cost ~$40K all-in per year?

Employee costs in India are genuinely a fraction of equivalent onshore roles. Our model: salary at local market rates + all employment on-costs + our management fee, bundled into one transparent monthly invoice. The ~$40K is your minimum entry point — specific pricing depends on role level and scope.

What types of roles work best?

Finance, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, admin support, EA/VA functions, data entry, and reporting all work very well. When you fill in the form, we'll tell you honestly whether your specific role is a good fit — no hard sell if it isn't.

How long until my team member starts?

Typically 3–5 weeks from approval of your role brief to deployment — sourcing, screening, and Australian-readiness training. That's why intake spots are managed monthly: it lets us give every placement the proper time and attention it deserves.

What happens after day 60?

You move to our fixed monthly service model — from ~$40K per year all-in. No super, no WorkCover, no HR burden, no recruitment fees. You can exit with 60 days' written notice after the minimum 12-month term.
